Learn new crochet skills by completing a project with us every month! This two-part monthly workshop will cover everything you need to know to complete a beginner-friendly project.
Each month, we will crochet something new that will build the foundation you'll need to gain the confidence to start making your own garments, accessories, afghans, and more! Class participants will receive hands-on instruction, a take-home kit to practice their projects between classes, and a tutorial video that they can watch while crocheting at home. All crochet levels are welcome in this class. The instructor is right-handed. If you are left-handed, you can still come to the class! Your project will just be a mirror image of any projects completed by right-handed crocheters.
December’s Project: Amigurumi Trees
Make a seasonal decoration for your home! This mini tree makes a perfect addition to desks or nightstands. Amigurumi is the Japanese art of crocheting (or knitting) stuffed toys.
Note: Registering for the Dec 5 class will automatically register you for the Dec 19 class. Attending both classes will allow for plenty of guidance from beginning to completion. Supplies for one project per person will be provided; however, feel free to bring your own supplies if you prefer. Registration is required.
