Stop by the library's upper level the first Monday of the month to connect with a case manager from Summit County Job and Family Services.

Cuyahoga Falls Library is partnering with Summit County Job and Family Services (Summit County DJFS) to provide on-site office hours at Cuyahoga Falls Library, where you may meet one-on-one with a case manager to assist with:

  • Applying for, renewing your case, food or medical assistance
  • Case or eligibility questions
  • Scanning documents and verifications
  • Making copies (e.g., birth certificates, Social Security cards, pay stubs, and other legal documents)
  • Resources and more
