Learn how to recognize the native and invasive plants in your community!
Learn about the different types of native plants in our area and how to prevent invasive species from taking over your space. What are native and invasive plants, and how can you incorporate them into your home garden? This program will include a walk outside the library, weather permitting. A smartphone is encouraged with the free apps iNaturalist and/or PictureThis installed.
Part of the Cuyahoga Falls Growth Initiative, this program is presented by Bryce Pulley, the Public Utilities and Community Outreach Coordinator specializing in environmental education from the City of Cuyahoga Falls. Registration is recommended.
All adult programs offer ASL interpretation provided by request. Call 330-928-2117 ext. 2000 or email adultservices@fallslibrary.org. Please contact the library at least two weeks in advance.
