Join us on the second Wednesday of the month to destress and move!
How often do you think about your breathing? How often do you exercise your eye muscles? This month, learn Xi (pronounced “she”) breathing and other breathing practices that can release tension, pain and stagnant energy, while promoting healing. Practice various eye exercises that can help with focusing, eyestrain and eye irritation, and improve spatial awareness.
