Join us on the second Wednesday of the month to destress and move!
Often called "Meditation in Motion," Tai Chi includes gentle, fluid movements played in sync with your breath. Grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Tai Chi offers relaxation and strengthening, flexibility and balance, and improved overall health on many levels. This program is presented by Nancy Gardner.
