Graefe RoomChildren of all ages are invited to learn all about animal adaptations in this live animal program presented by the Akron Zoo!
Akron Zoo presents Zoovivor, an interactive program all about how animals can survive in the earth’s harshest climates. Children will meet some of the zoo’s education animal ambassadors, also known as Zoovivors, and learn how they out-pounce, out-slither, and out-soar to survive in their native habitats. After meeting the ambassador animals and learning about their adaptations, participants will vote to crown Akron Zoo’s Zoovivor Champion!
This is a ticketed event. Tickets are free. Limited tickets will be available at the Children’s Desk the day of the program at 12:30 p.m.
This event is supported by the State Library of Ohio with federal funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
