Discover powerful tools to take control of chronic pain in just two fun, science-backed hours with Stanford’s Empowered Relief program. Feel better, sleep better—live better!
Empowered Relief (ER) is a 2-hour single session program of instruction developed by Stanford University demonstrated to be effective in easing the burden of chronic pain. ER demonstrated improvements in pain, anxiety/depression, and sleep lasting for 6-months. Chronic pain increases the risks for feelings of helplessness and negatively impacts brain structure and function.
ER profoundly helps people improve their understanding and control of pain. ER immediately engages people in management techniques which more closely align with current scientific understanding of chronic pain allowing for better outcomes for this most difficult, widespread problem affecting 1 in 3 people.
