Join us on the second Wednesday of the month to destress and move! This month, build your stamina, increase your vitality, and boost your immune system with four qigong exercises! Learn an exercise to explore four different energy centers for wisdom, love, vitality, and harmony. These playful, rhythmic movements combined with proper breathing can help you get stronger and feel more balanced. Registration is required.
