Join us on the second Wednesday of the month to destress and move! This month, relax your tight muscles and achy joints with some gentle stretches and movements. Learn some self-massage and breathing practices to give you more energy and greater mental clarity. Registration is required.
All adult programs offer ASL interpretation provided by request. Call 330-928-2117 ext. 2000 or email adultservices@fallslibrary.org. Please contact the library at least two weeks in advance.
