K-5th graders will explore the science of air with crafts and experiments, presented by the library in partnership with PBS Western Reserve.
Children who have completed kindergarten through 5th grade will explore the many properties of air and how it can be used to do work. Fun hands-on activities will help children discover how air takes up space and can lift heavy objects. This program is provided by Ohio Learns 360—a collaboration of PBS Western Reserve and the library, working to help accelerate learning during out-of-school time this summer. Kindergarten through 2nd grade participants must be accompanied by an adult caregiver. Registration is recommended.
