Join us on the second Wednesday of the month to destress and move! Presented by Nancy Gardner.
Do you have any stress in your life? Tight muscles or achy joints? Could you use a little more energy? Or perhaps greater mental clarity? If so, then these gentle stretches, movements, self-massage and breathing practices are for YOU! Registration is Recommended.
