Often called "Meditation in Motion," Tai Chi includes gentle, fluid movements synchronized with your breath. Grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Tai Chi offers relaxation and strengthening, flexibility and balance, and improved overall health on many levels. Registration is recommended.
All adult programs offer ASL interpretation provided by request. Call 330-928-2117 ext. 2000 or email adultservices@fallslibrary.org. Please contact the library at least two weeks in advance.
