Use your detective skills to solve hidden riddles and find out who stole our Dog Man books! All our children’s librarians look nearly identical, so we need you to help us find the guilty one.
Hi, detective! We need your help. All the Dog Man books have gone missing. The good news is whoever stole the books left a trail of clues around the Children’s Department. The library is asking you, the world’s greatest detective, to help us in the hopes that you can find out who the thief is. Use your detective skills to solve a series of hidden riddles to catch the thief! Pick up your list of clues from the Children’s Desk and use them to help you find each hidden riddle. We have clues for our newly hired detectives (grades K-2) and clues for our more experienced detectives (grades 3-5). After you find and solve a riddle, write the answer down on your sheet, because each riddle will help you decide which of our librarians is the thief! Word has it the thief is still in the library with us, but there is just one problem. All our librarians look nearly identical, so be careful you don’t accuse the wrong person of stealing the books!
