Maintaining a healthy and fit lifestyle doesn't need to cost a fortune. David Hull-Frye, Certified Personal Trainer will share creative ways to stay fit on a budget. The program includes meal plan ideas, at home equipment ideas, online suggestions, and how to stay motivated. All these are attainable within your budget.
