Watch fertilized eggs turn into baby chicks at the library!
A unique educational opportunity is heading to the Children's Department! Fertilized eggs will arrive April 29 and will be on display until they hatch around May 20. Each day, families will have the opportunity to observe the eggs and learn new facts about their growth progress and the life cycle of chickens. The baby chicks will be at the library until June 3, then they'll make their way back to their forever home on Earth Song Farm. We hope to live-stream the hatching on Facebook, so be sure to like and follow us for updates!
If you need accommodations for a class or event, please contact childrens@fallslibrary.org or call 330-928-2117 ext. 2002. Please allow 2 weeks notice for ASL interpretation.
