Children in grades 3-5 will design an earthquake-safe structure to survive the challenge of this “Seismic Shake-up" STEM program presented by PBS Western Reserve.
Children in grades 3-5 will explore how and why earthquakes happen, then take on a fun STEM challenge to design, build, and test a structure on a simulated shake table. It’s a fun way to connect real-world science with problem-solving and design! Registration is strongly recommended.
