Adult D&D - Tales of Doma: A Final Fantasy Story (Prologue)

Come play a Dungeons & Dragons-like game with us! This campaign will feature the Fabula Ultima system. We will provide a pre-made level 5 character, or you can bring your own!

The second Tuesday of the month is dedicated to a world of the unknown. Explore, collaborate, and use problem-solving skills to create adventures and solutions in a Dungeons & Dragons campaign that’s sure to be magical.  

Campaign Description: 

For 15 long years, the people of Doma have lived under the iron hand of the Garlean Empire. Drained of their resources, people, and dignity by their imperial lords, Doma once more brings her might to bear against the Empire. The rebellion thrives under Lord Kaien and his heir, ready to make the first strike against Garlemald: Castrum Fluminis.  

The plan is simple. Capture a patrol and steal their equipment, infiltrate the castrum, shut down outside communications, and destroy the imperial docks (perhaps taking their supply of ceruleum for good measure). Success paves the way not just for Doma’s freedom, but for all those imperiled by the Empire. 

Will you succeed, or will the crushing hand of Garlemald end the rebellion forever?

Tales of Doma is a story about freedom, rebellion, and justice. Your party will consist of the retainers to Lord Kaien’s heir as you work with the youngest royal to liberate your homeland in a potentially 18-month long game. 

This campaign uses the system Fabula Ultima to tell its story. Characters will begin at level 5 (the baseline for this system), and 14 pre-constructed characters will be supplied to choose from. Session 1 will consist of selecting your protagonist, creating their personality and story, and basic gameplay rules tutorial through play (if time allows). 

What to bring: writing utensils, assorted dice (d6, 8, 10, 12), and a willingness to learn a new system! We will also have these on hand.

Tales of Doma is an adventure fit for 4-6 characters of level 5. 

New players are welcome. All materials are provided. Registration is required.
